Refund Policy

When you purchase the services of SUHUI Intelligent Control, you agree to the following refund policy:

  1. Terms of purchase:
    Once payment is made for the SUHV Smart Control service quota, the order is deemed complete and is not subject to the Consumer Protection Act and the refund regulations during the trial period.

  2. Refund and transfer fees:
    Within fifteen days after purchasing the quota (including the order date), if the quota is not used, the customer can apply for a refund, but will be required to pay a 10% handling fee of the refund amount, which will be deducted directly from the refund amount. No refund application will be accepted after fifteen days.

  3. Monthly refund limit:
    Each customer can only apply for a refund once a month. If you have applied for more than one refund in the same month, no refund will be given even if it is within 15 days. Each refund is limited to one order. If there are multiple orders, the order with the larger amount will be refunded (the order amount must be equal to or lower than the available credit limit).

  4. Account freezing and transfer regulations:
    If your account is frozen due to violation of platform regulations or other reasons, and you cannot apply for unfreezing, you can apply to transfer the unused balance to another account within 30 days (only once), or choose to refund, but you must first turn off the automatic purchase function and pay a 10% handling fee. If you do not apply within 30 days, you can only apply to transfer to another account. The maximum handling fee is $5,000. If the account is frozen due to suspected fraud or suspicious transactions, there is no upper limit on the handling fee.

  5. Service Credit Transfer:
    If the customer chooses to transfer the credit, the credit transferred to the new account can no longer be refunded, and the customer can only apply for transfer (only when the account is in frozen status).

  6. Decimal point processing and processing time:
    If there is a decimal point in the refund or transfer amount, the decimal point amount will be rounded off unconditionally and retained in the original account. All transfer and refund operations take 7 working days to process.

Advertisement quota type

  1. Credits purchased by customers themselves: No expiration date.

  2. Rebate Amount: The maximum expiration date is 180 days, depending on the activity content. If it expires and is not used, it will not be reissued. The system will first use the reward amount with the earliest expiration date for deduction.
